By accessing, downloading, or using the “Genda Mpola” song, instrumental, chorus, or any related campaign materials (“Materials”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Voluntary Participation
Participation in the #GendaMpolaChallenge, including creating or submitting audio, video, or written content, is entirely voluntary. By taking part, you confirm that you are participating of your own free will.
2. Copyright Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the “Genda Mpola” song and all associated campaign assets remain the exclusive property of the Genda Mpola Initiative.
No participant shall claim ownership of the original song, instrumental, melody, brand assets, or campaign materials.
3. Permitted Use
Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the Materials solely for creating and submitting entries for the #GendaMpolaChallenge.
Any other use—commercial, promotional, or otherwise—requires prior written approval from the Genda Mpola Initiative.
4. Content Submissions
By submitting content to the challenge, you grant the Genda Mpola Initiative permission to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and display your submission for campaign promotion without requirement of compensation.
5. Prohibited Use
The Materials may not be resold, redistributed, altered for commercial release, or used in any manner that misrepresents the Genda Mpola Initiative or violates copyright laws.
6. Acceptance
By continuing to use the Materials or by participating in the challenge, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
